About Stonegrove Roofing Partners

Stonegrove Roofing Partners is one of the fastest-growing residential roofing platforms in the country. We invest in exceptional owner-led roofing companies, helping them scale through shared technology, operational best practices, and Partner Services while preserving the entrepreneurial culture that made each business successful.

Rather than forcing every company into the same mold, we build systems and processes that create consistency where it matters most. Our goal is simple: equip our Partners with the technology, tools, and operational support they need to grow faster, make better decisions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As we continue to grow through acquisition, we're investing heavily in the systems that connect our Partners, improve visibility, and create a scalable operating foundation across the platform.

Position Overview

The Manager, Revenue Systems & Processes is responsible for the day-to-day ownership, administration, and continuous improvement of Stonegrove's revenue systems.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role focuses on configuring, improving, documenting, and supporting the systems that power our lead-to-cash operating model across every Partner.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through technology.

You'll work at the intersection of business operations and systems, partnering with field teams, Partner leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Technology to improve CRM workflows, integrations, reporting, automation, and user adoption.

If you enjoy building systems that people actually use, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Revenue Systems & CRM

  •  Configure and maintain AccuLynx workflows, pipelines, fields, permissions, templates, and operating standards.
  •  Support configuration and administration of HubSpot, CompanyCam, financing platforms, estimating tools, and other revenue systems.
  •  Execute approved system improvements while maintaining documentation and change control.
  •  Partner with developers and technical resources on APIs, integrations, automation, and workflow enhancements.
Data Quality & Reporting

  •  Monitor system usage and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data.
  •  Lead CRM cleanup initiatives and improve data quality across the platform.
  •  Improve lead source tracking, workflow accuracy, financing visibility, and reporting inputs.
  •  Partner with reporting teams to ensure dashboards and analytics are built on reliable system data.
Systems Integrations & Automation

  •  Support integrations between CRM, ERP, reporting, and operational platforms.
  •  Work alongside developers to troubleshoot data flow, synchronization issues, and automation opportunities.
  •  Document system architecture, field mapping, workflow dependencies, and integration logic.
  •  Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable automation while maintaining data integrity.
Partner Rollouts & Enablement

  •  Support CRM implementations across existing and newly acquired Partners.
  •  Participate in system audits, cleanup efforts, rollout planning, and post-launch support.
  •  Build practical training materials, SOPs, walkthroughs, and job aids.
  •  Train office staff, sales teams, and production users on standardized workflows and best practices.
  •  Develop local Partner champions to support long-term adoption.
Governance & Documentation

  •  Maintain system documentation, workflow standards, and configuration change logs.
  •  Monitor administrative permissions and recommend governance improvements.
  •  Help protect the integrity of Stonegrove's operating systems while balancing standardized processes with operational flexibility.

What We're Looking For

  •  5+ years of experience in CRM administration, business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or process improvement.
  •  Experience configuring and administering CRM platforms (AccuLynx strongly preferred).
  •  Experience working with APIs, integrations, automation tools, or connected business systems.
  •  Strong understanding of lead-to-cash business processes and operational workflows.
  •  Experience improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and CRM adoption.
  •  Comfortable documenting processes, creating SOPs, and training end users.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Comfortable working with both technical teams and field operations.
  •  Willingness to travel to Partner locations as needed.

Preferred Experience

  •  Roofing, restoration, construction, or home services.
  •  AccuLynx administration and workflow configuration.
  •  Sage ERP or financial system integrations.
  •  HubSpot, CompanyCam, JobNimbus, or ServiceTitan.
  •  Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or reporting platforms.
  •  Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Make, etc.).
  •  Experience supporting private equity, multi-location, or acquisition-driven organizations.

  •  Unlimited PTO
  •  Opportunity to build and improve systems across one of the fastest-growing roofing platforms in the country
